The Greatest Song You’ve Never Heard Podcast Wine Word of the Week – Estate
If a wine is labeled as “estate grown” it means it was made only from grapes grown in a vineyard that is owned or controlled by the winery. It also means that the wine stayed on the premises during the entire production process, including fermentation, bottling and aging.
The Greatest Song You Never Heard serves up these songs note by note, beat by beat. Please visit https://www.thegreatestsongyouneverheard.com or listen where ever you get your podcasts.

For information on Wine Sneezes https://billspackagestore.com/bills-buzz/whats-the-deal-with-wine-sneezes
Wine sneezes, also known as “wine sniffles,” are a phenomenon that can occur when drinking wine, especially strong red wine, that causes a sudden and brief sneeze. This is due to the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the wine, particularly histamines and sulfites, which can irritate the nasal passages and trigger a sneeze reflex. This is a common experience and is not harmful, but some people may be more sensitive to the VOCs in wine than others.
Wines we enjoyed this week: Rolling Hills Vineyard Azure, Aguiuncho Mar de Ons Albariño, Brownstone Cabernet Sauvignon, Kellerei St. Pauls Gfill Sauvignon, Antinorit Castello della Sala Bramito Chardonnay.
