The Social Web Wine Word of the Week – Fruit Weight
In the wine world, “fruit weight” typically refers to the perception of the weight or density of fruit flavors in a wine on the palate. However, The Marquis Fruit Weight is their measure of quality. It’s the percentage of your palate (from the tip to the very back of your tongue) that’s covered by the velvety sensation of fruit that occurs when a wine’s tannins, alcohol and acid are perfectly balanced.
The Social Web: The Social Web is helping small businesses untangle the web of social media marketing. For more information, please visit https://thesocialweb.news
