In today’s episode, Shelley and Phil kick off Idaho Wine Month with a bang, tasting through two wines from the Veer Wine Project. Veer Wine Project is a small, family-owned winery located in Boise, Idaho and was founded in 2017 by Will Wetmore, a young winemaker with a passion for making delicious, affordable wines. The winery’s name, Veer, is a Hindi word that means “to dare.” The name reflects Will Wetmore’s willingness to experiment and take risks in his winemaking. Veer Wine Project is known for its use of unusual grape varieties, as well as its innovative winemaking techniques.
