In todays episode, Shelley and Phil taste a wonderful Sauvignon Blanc from Massican, who ONLY produces white wines in Napa (and is killing it!), along with a outstanding Cabernet Franc from Idaho’s Colter’s Creek. Both wines feature grapes found in Bordeaux. But there are changes coming in Bordeaux and Shelley & Phil talk about those changes.
